ORDERING PROCESS: Woven blankets are custom created just for you. Because personalized orders require design time, they are sent to production soon as physically possible but always within 24 hours of receipt.
LEAD TIME - Woven blankets are custom woven to order in NC, USA. Estimated delivery time is 10-14 days: 4+ days for production and 5+ days for shipping. Rush shipping is not available at this time.
DAMAGE - If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Please include your order number and photos of the damage - both product and packaging. Once I receive your photos, I'll process your replacement.

RETURN POLICY: Because woven blankets are custom woven just for you, returns are not accepted. However, if you are unhappy with your blanket for any reason, please contact me.
